About Me
I began delivering therapy in 2017 within the NHS before specialising in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy. Over the years, I have honed my skills and expanded my expertise training with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology (CICS), an institution accredited by the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists (COSRT), endorsed by Pink Therapy, and the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP).
I have had a very varied professional life grounded by my qualifications achieving a BA in Law (upper 2:1). Diploma in professional management and leadership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI). Postgrad certificate in Psychological Wellbeing and Diploma in Clinical Sexology.
Charlie Cheshire
My hobbies encompass a diverse array of activities that bring joy, pleasure and fulfilment to my life. I cherish moments which deepen my connection with my partner and spending quality time with my family, friends and ever charming cat Charlie. I love taking long walks along the scenic North Norfolk coast, where the serene landscape provides a perfect backdrop for reflection. The theatre and improvisation are passions of mine, offering an exciting escape into creativity and performance. I have a deep appreciation for Kate Bush, which often accompanies my reading and research sessions. Running is my go-to activity for staying fit, and I have a particular fondness for stylish shoes and coats, which add a touch of elegance to my daily routine.
